Vince Carter, MS, LAPC, MPC, MST
Vince Carter is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) and a Mental Performance Consultant (MPC) dedicated to enhancing mental health and athletic excellence. With over seven years of experience providing individual, family, and group therapy, Vince specializes in mental performance, trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and adolescent mental health.
In addition to his clinical work, Vince is an adjunct instructor and mental performance coach at Salem County Community College, where he teaches sports psychology and helps athletes develop focus, confidence, and emotional regulation. He holds master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gwynedd Mercy University and Sports Psychology from Capella University.
Vince is passionate about helping individuals and athletes build resilience, manage pressure, and unlock their full potential—both in competition and in life.
